Birthday Lunch

A birthday lunch at Chili's , 1 Utama last Sunday

Honestly we were quite disappointed as the food was not as tasty as people said it was. The only great thing was the portion is huge and by the time we were halfway through, we had to stuffed ourselves to finish up. And that is also because we kept asking for the fruit juice to be refilled. Hey, the apple juice was nice okay! Oh ya, I even saw 2 young ladies ordering each a beef set. Wow, they must be some great eater. 

And as usual, a finishing picture =)

And I am so excited for tomorrow. Sheryl is coming up from south to meet Janice, Li Jing and I. We would be having bbq and steamboat at Janice's house as gathering and to celebrate her birthday as well. Tomorrow is going to be an awesome day!

A simple Mother's Day lunch at Kim Gary, The Curve. The joy of the day was eating beef steak. Haha

Happy Happy CNY

When it comes to CNY, bai nian is a must! Well, did not manage to go many houses on Wednesday as many parents were not at home, but nevertheless it was a great time spent together with great friends =)

First stop was CMC's house but no group picture as everyone was busy gambling and I was attached to rami. No money involved of course if not I would have to start eating bread everyday.

Second stop was Qian Qian's house. Picture a bit blur though.

Next station, my house. Only a few came continued on as others when shopping for their trip to Bukit Merah the next day.

Then it was Jiun Tat's house. His cat totally freaked us out. It was sitting very still beside the TV as we enter. All of us thought it was just a statue so we ignored it and walked towards the cabinet to get cards. Mana tau that thing suddenly Meow-ed and we scrambled away. So scary!

Why does it have to sit there?!

 

Finally last stop was Cecilia's house. Suddenly EVERYONE wanted to take pictures. Weird

Daorae

My dad said a very shocking sentence yesterday; "Let's go for Korean BBQ." Seriously, I was stunned when he said that because my dad usually don't fancy all those other country's food. He even suggested Daorae Korea BBQ Restaurant!

 

Went to the Sri Hartamas branch as Kepong branch was fully booked.

 So many side dishes which was refillable. 

 It make my mum think which to eat first. Haha

The beef was tender and juicy!

Their beef is very delicious. Can fight with Coliseum's beef

Korean seafood noodles. The noodles was so chewable and

the soup was so nice!

Besides the awesome food, the place provides good service which of course comes with a good price. Our bill? Although RM210 but it was totally worth it. Daorae satisfied my dad's choosy tummy and made me one happy girl =)
