What a Day

A bad day.

First,
2 customer service agent scolded me for transferring call to the wrong person. She called me and straight away shouted in the phone, "Ei, why you transfer xxx's call to me?!" So I told her NICELY that I didn't as I was on the line also directing a customer to our office. I only managed to explain after she finish shouting at me.

Second,
There was this customer trying to come to the Service Center which is near KTM Mid Valley. First call, he said he was reaching Mid Valley so I told him to park at Mid Valley then walk over. Second call, he asked me where is it so I told him it's opposite Mid Valley. Third call, he kept asking me is it in The Gardens so I kept answering no and explained to him the location. Fourth call, he said he was in Bangsar and lost his way so I told him that I don't know how to direct him and I would transfer his call to my collegue, he scolded me for not knowing it. Fifth call, he said

I'm in front of Boulevard Hotel. Where is the service center?

Sir, could you see a pedestrian bridge to cross over the highway? I mention this millions of times in the phone already, by the way.

Is it the one to The Gardens? Is the service center there?

No, sir. You look for Toast Box, just beside Boulevard Hotel. Then you would be able to see a pedestrian brigde.

But that is to KTM la.

No there are 2 sir. You should take the white one.

Ok, after that what I do?

I was like what the heck? of course walk lah.
Sir, you then walk to Block B. Our service center is in the ground floor.

Ok. Then the line was cut off.

Third,
Customer.Me
I would like to speak to Broadcasting Department.
I am sorry ma'am, the whole department went out for meeting.
What?! This is urgent la.
I am sorry ma'am. The matter you are inquiring is under them. Could you call again tomorrow?
|Slams the phone|

10 minutes later.
I would like to inquire xxxx...
I knew it was the same lady and coincidentally a staff from that dept just return. Please hold the line while I transfer your call to the Broadcasting Department.
Don't you understand?! I called just now and operator said the dept not in!

What in the world?! She already know that the everyone went out for meeting, why bother to call again?

Fourth,
I told a customer to call Customer Interaction Center(CIC) for more info on products. 10 minutes later, the same customer call me again saying that a CIC agent told him to call my number for more info. Then he shoot me. That agent must be a new one.

I don't mind customers scolding me but that 2 women scolded me without even asking properly 1st. That is what I dislike. Just because I am a part-timer, it doesn't mean that I could be simply scolded.

End of story.

Hebat. I salute. I've dealed with customers like this before. End up I scold them rather than they scold me. LOL, they did scold back as in > Wah, how come you're so rude! My reply > Don't buy from here, go to another place la, I didn't paksa you to come here. (that was when I was working part time as a Yeo's promoter). LOL
