I contacted Jaring Service Center about wifi problem at my block few days ago. Well, they provide good service, asking me lots of question and also calling me back to follow up. Although the problem was fixed yesterday, my line is still unstable. So a customer service sent me an email. Thank you Jaring for the good service provided.

I already check signal wifi at you block ok , must be you laptop so far from equipment wifi or your laptop not get signal because many user connect to Access Point(AP)or router ,then wifi slow, if signal can’t send at you room, please search signal at around your block, study room,tv room or cafetaria , because if you at your room the signal low ..the laptop can't get signal wifi when you far from signal or line to signal very full many user connect to wirelless .Please check again your adapater wirelless if you can't get signal. Please write ap.logout at browser to get login page WiFi UKMJARING. Thanks
